THD is a public-facing venture of Creative Solution Designs LLC — built and run by the company as its own brand, not as a project for another organization. Efrain brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, customer service, and relationship building. He created THD after seeing how difficult it can be for Texas property owners to understand their options, find independent feral hog operators, and locate clear, reliable information.
Kelly Trotman has played an important role in shaping THD throughout its development. She has contributed ideas, strategy, and a careful eye for the details that matter—asking difficult questions, challenging assumptions, and identifying critical gaps before they became larger problems.
