Terms of Service
Effective date: September 12, 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of texashogdispatch.com and its request, operator network, and stakeholder contact tools (the "Platform"), operated by Creative Solution Designs LLC, d/b/a Texas Hog Dispatch ("THD," "we," "us"). By using the Platform or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What THD Is — and Is Not
THD provides intake, matching, routing, dispatch administration, records, and platform/transaction administration, along with operator networking, stakeholder contact, and public research and information. THD does not perform, supervise, direct, or control field services.
THD is not a government agency, law enforcement, wildlife authority, emergency service, or public safety responder, and is not a pest-control or wildlife-control company.
3. Emergencies
The Platform is not for emergencies. If there is an immediate threat to human life or safety, call 911. Submitting a form does not summon a responder. Any urgency you describe in a form helps explain the situation; it does not create priority service, a response commitment, or an emergency dispatch.
4. Current Public Request Coverage
THD receives and reviews inquiries from across Texas. Current operator dispatch is concentrated on qualifying private properties in unincorporated Harris County and unincorporated Montgomery County, Texas. Properties inside incorporated city limits are outside current dispatch focus, and a ZIP code alone does not establish whether a property is unincorporated. An inquiry outside the current focus may not be made available to operators; no operator connection or service is guaranteed inside or outside it. See Service Areas.
5. Operator Network and Research Scope
Operator network participation and profile collection are open to independent operators across Texas, and THD's public research and information work covers Texas generally. Statewide inquiries do not broaden the operator dispatch focus described in Section 4, and none of these activities is a claim that THD arranges service statewide.
6. What a Match Means
A THD match or connection means apparent fit based on the information in a request and the information an operator reports about itself. THD does not verify, certify, license, approve, vet, rank, endorse, or accredit operators, and a match creates no employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture between THD and any operator or user.
7. No Guarantees
THD does not guarantee that any operator will view, accept, respond to, quote, schedule, or perform work on a request, does not guarantee any response time or operator availability, and does not guarantee results, damage prevention, or permanent removal or eradication of feral hogs.
8. Independent Operators
Operators are independent businesses. Each operator independently decides whether to accept a request and independently controls its own lawful services, availability, scope, scheduling, methods, equipment, compliance, insurance, pricing, customer agreement, and fieldwork. Any work performed is provided under a separate agreement between you and that operator. You are responsible for evaluating an operator before authorizing work on your property.
Active commercial general liability insurance is a condition of operator participation. THD reviews an operator’s proof of coverage and records its expiration date before approval, payment onboarding, opportunity access, or job assignment. THD is not an insurer, does not underwrite or guarantee any policy, and does not warrant that coverage applies to any particular claim or loss.
9. Fees and Payments
There is no upfront THD charge for a client to submit a service request and no upfront or monthly operator onboarding fee. Independent operators set their own field-service prices; THD does not set, quote, guarantee, or control those prices.
Where payment for THD-generated work is collected online, the independent operator is the merchant of record. The client pays the operator directly through the operator’s own payment account; THD does not hold, escrow, or hand-transfer operator funds. Quoted work is collected as two payments of 50% — a deposit and a balance — and THD automatically receives a 20% platform share of each of those payments under the separate operator marketplace agreement. Card processing fees are borne by the operator.
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and any resulting negative balance are the responsibility of the operator as merchant of record. When client funds are refunded, THD’s 20% share of the refunded amount is returned proportionally. Identity and banking verification is performed by the payment provider on its own secure pages; THD does not collect or store operator identity documents or bank details. Receiving a platform share does not make THD the field-service provider or a party to the operator-client field-service agreement. Tax treatment is governed by the applicable separate agreement.
10. Your Information and Responsibilities
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you own the property described or otherwise have legal authority to authorize access and activity on it. You agree to disclose known site hazards — livestock, irrigation lines, underground utilities, firearms restrictions, or similar conditions — before any operator visit, and to comply with applicable law. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of what they report about their own business.
11. Informational Content
Field Guide entries, resource listings, and Tracker research are general information. They are not legal, veterinary, agricultural, or wildlife-management advice, and they are not a substitute for guidance from the relevant agency. Links to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, USDA, county, university, or other outside resources are provided for convenience only and do not indicate endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or any relationship between those organizations and THD.
12. Acceptable Use
Do not submit false, fraudulent, or automated submissions, use the forms to harass or spam, submit another person's information without authority, request unlawful activity, or attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform. We may decline, pause, or remove a submission, or restrict access, if we reasonably believe any of these apply or the submission is outside current scope.
13. Intellectual Property
The Platform's original content, branding, and design are owned by Creative Solution Designs LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Public-source and third-party material referenced on the site remains the property of its owners and is used with attribution to its source. By submitting materials with a form, you grant THD permission to use them solely to review, route, and administer that submission, including sharing them with an operator considering or handling it.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, THD disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy or completeness of information reported by operators or users.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, THD is not liable for the acts, omissions, work quality, pricing, timing, safety practices, or conduct of independent operators or users, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
17. Changes
We may update these terms as the Platform develops. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
