Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Texas Hog Dispatch actually handles information today. It is written against the forms and systems currently running on this site, not a generic template, and it is updated when the product changes.

1. Who We Are

Texas Hog Dispatch ("THD," "we," "us") is operated by Creative Solution Designs LLC. THD provides intake, matching, routing, dispatch administration, records, and platform administration, alongside operator networking, stakeholder contact, and public research. THD does not perform field services or employ independent operators.

2. Information You Submit

We collect only what our three forms ask for. Nothing on this site requires an account, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere on the site. For client and operator submissions, we also record the required acknowledgment, its version, and the server time it was accepted.

Service requests. Name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, your SMS consent selection, property address, city, ZIP, county, whether the property is inside or outside city limits, property type and approximate size, the concerns you select, and optional details such as recency, frequency, estimated number of animals, time-of-day pattern, whether another operator was already contacted, access or site notes, engagement type, timing preference, and free-text notes.

Photos. The request form does not upload or store image files. If you choose a photo, only the file name is recorded so the desk can ask you for the image later if it would be useful.

Operator network profiles. Name, business name, email, phone, website, years of experience, preferred contact and SMS consent, base city, counties and regions served, travel range, capabilities, property types and job scales served, availability and scheduling preferences, opportunity preferences, self-reported vendor-readiness items, reported insurance status and any coverage amount you choose to share, licenses or certifications you list, work you exclude, and any notes.

Operator insurance review records. Because active liability insurance is required, we also record your acknowledgment of that requirement, the date and reviewer of our proof-of-coverage review, and your policy expiration date. These records are internal and are not shown to clients.

Stakeholder and industry inquiries. Name, organization, role or title, email, optional phone, audience type, region, the inquiry topics you select, a subject line, your message, contact preference, and your contact consent selection.

3. Technical Information

When a form is submitted, our server records the browser user-agent string and a one-way hash of the submitting IP address (we do not store the raw IP), plus a timestamp. Our hosting and database providers also generate ordinary request and error logs as part of operating and securing the site.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Local Storage

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not set marketing cookies. The only browser storage we use is a single local-storage value, thd-theme, that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's font servers when a page loads. That request is handled under Google's own policies.

5. How We Use Information

We use what you submit to review a request against current request coverage, identify apparent matches, and potentially route eligible opportunities to independent operators; maintain operator profiles so relevant opportunities can be identified, respond to stakeholder inquiries, communicate with you about your submission, keep ordinary business records, prevent abuse of the forms, and improve the site. We do not use your submission to publish anything about you.

6. Sharing With Independent Operators

To facilitate the connection you asked for, we may share the information an operator needs to evaluate and contact you — typically your name, contact details, property location, and the description of the activity. Operators are separate, independent businesses. Once information is shared with them, their handling of it is governed by their own practices and any agreement you make with them, not by this policy.

7. Service Providers

We use Lovable for hosting, deployment, and the database that stores form submissions, and — when configured — a webhook forward to GoHighLevel so the desk is notified of new submissions and can follow up by email, phone, or text. Google Fonts is used for typography as described above. We do not use any other processor for the public site, and we do not add one silently: if that changes, this section changes with it.

8. We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in and SMS consent information is never shared or sold for third-party marketing.

9. SMS Consent

We text you only if you check the SMS consent box on a form. Consent is separate from submitting the form and is never required. Messages relate to your own request, profile, or inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

10. Storage, Access, and Security

Form submissions are stored in a private database. The tables holding requests, operator profiles, and stakeholder inquiries are not readable by site visitors; they are reachable only by our server-side code and the people who run the desk. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no website or database is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Retention

We do not currently apply a fixed deletion schedule. We keep submissions for as long as they remain useful for routing, follow-up, and ordinary business and legal recordkeeping, and we delete or de-identify them when they no longer are. You can ask us to delete your record sooner using the contact below.

12. Your Choices

You can reply STOP to stop texts at any time. You can email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted: ops@texashogdispatch.com. We may need to keep records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons, and we cannot delete information an independent operator holds on its own systems.

13. Children

This site is intended for adults conducting property or business matters. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

14. Texas and U.S. Scope

THD operates in Texas and this site is intended for users in the United States. Information is processed in the United States by the providers listed above.

15. Links to Other Sites

We link to official agency resources and to the THD Tracker research site. Linked sites have their own privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement or a partnership.

16. Changes

We update this policy when the product changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. See also our Terms of Service.
